Bloody Mary Prawn Cocktail

I've been wanting to jazz up the humble Prawn Cocktail for a while now.   Luckily the #TryTotal Challenge has helped me do just that!  I was thinking of ways to make the sauce without using the traditional mayo, and now that I generally use yoghurt in place of it these days - sirens went off and I created this little baby!

I can't eat prawns myself due to an allergy, but Mama Lulabella was very happy with this dish and said it was excellent.

A tastier and lighter take on the original, which can be knocked up within 5 minutes? What's stopping you!

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 0 Minutes
Serves 2
You Will Need:

200g cooked peeled prawns
4 Tablespoons Tomato Passata
1 Tablespoon 0% Total Greek Yoghurt
Tobasco Sauce - add as much as you require for your desired kick but a couple of drops usually works!
1/4-1/2 Tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
Lettuce Leaves to Serve

1. Add a handful of lettuce leaves, to the bowls you will be serving the prawn cocktail in.

2. Add the passata, Wourcestershire sauce, and tobasco to a mixing bowl, tasting to make sure its not to spicy or not too bland.  Add the yohgurt and whisk, it will start to clump, so don't be alarmed - keep whisking and it will all combine giving you a lovely sauce.

3. Add the prawns to the bowl and coat in the sauce. Squeeze a little lemon in, stir once more and add to your serving bowl on top of the lettuce.
