Chilli Beef & Broccoli Fried Rice

So - this is another one of my, I kind of stole it recipes!!  A lovely lady at the office I work in was preparing her lunch, a big bowl of something that smelled amazing!   She told me what it was and let me taste a bit, and I just had to create my own version!  No Idea how she made hers but this version is just as good!

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20-25 Minutes or less if you use micro rice
Serves: 2
You Will Need:
250g Cooked Basmati Rice - I used brown for this recipe
250g Extra Lean Mince Beef
5 Spring Onions or 1/2 Small  Onion Diced Finely
1 Garlic Clove Minced
Small head of broccoli cut into florets and boiled/steamed
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes (or use more or less depending on how spicy you like it)
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Frylight/Calorie Controlled Spray Oil

Method:

In a frying pan sprayed with oil, soften the onions and garlic

Add the mince to the pan with the chilli and cook through, add the broccoli and the soy sauce to the pan

Pour in the cooked rice, and cook for 1-2 minutes until all the flavours have got into the grains
