So - this is another one of my, I kind of stole it recipes!! A lovely lady at the office I work in was preparing her lunch, a big bowl of something that smelled amazing! She told me what it was and let me taste a bit, and I just had to create my own version! No Idea how she made hers but this version is just as good!
