#Heinzseriouslygood Challenge - Bite Size Open Faced Steak Sandwich with Horseradish Mayo & Garlic Toast

There is one condiment, and one condiment only for me – and that has to be mayonnaise.    No chip or sandwich is complete to me, unless it is slathered in the glorious stuff.    

When I found out that Heinz were celebrating the launch of their [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise, and set a challenge to create a recipe using it as one of the key ingredients I was flooded with ideas of yumminess!

Hayward's Foodie Workshop - Let's put the 'Lad' in Salad!

Last week the wonderful folks at Hayward’s invited me, and a ‘lad’ to a cooking workshop to showcase their products and get a chance to use some of their ingredients in ways that you never thought you could use them.

In order to celebrate a bit of summer cooking, and to also to educate people (men in particular) on how to put the ‘lad’ in salad!
