My first foray into the world of dairy free, started with this tasty little morsel! Avocado is a big staple in our household - and no shopping trip is complete with at least two in the trolley.
So when I was enlightened to the new Flora Freedom Avocado Oil & Lime spread, I was excited to say the least! Keen to see if it packed a flavour punch, or if it just left me underwhelmed like most of the other dairy free products I have tried in the past.
Happy to report it packed a zesty little punch, and I've pretty much had it on my bagel or toast each day since purchasing it!
Here is a simple little recipe using a few flavours of the Med. But also works well with anything you can get your hands on! I just finished eating one, with halloumi, avocado, sundried tomatoes and parma ham. I toasted this version, and the spread melts in so nicely - takes the flavours to a completely different level - so feel free to toast your bagel before you put it all together to get an extra flavour kick!

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 2
You Will Need:
2 plain thin bagels, halved (Toast for an even yummier version!)
15g Flora Freedom Avocado &
Lime
1-2 spring onions, finely
chopped
40g reduced fat Mozzarella
cheese, sliced
½ avocado, sliced
25g sundried tomatoes
Handful of leafy lettuce
Method:
Spread the bagels with
Flora.
Top with remaining
ingredients and sandwich together.
Simple as that!
