Jerk BBQ Pulled Pork

A little change from the jerk chicken norm.  Juicy pulled pork with a little Jamaican twist.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Hours

You Will Need:

2 - 2.5kg Pork Shoulder Joint - All Fat Removed
1 Tablespoon Jerk Seasoning
6-7 Tablespoons Grace Jamaican Style Jerk BBQ Sauce
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 160 degrees

Rub the top of the pork shoulder with the jerk seasoning and put in the oven on a wire rack for 5 hours

  1. Microwave ovens are easily one of the biggest appliances in the lives of many. People both young and old around the world use microwaves to reheat food, or to simply cook food quickly. Microwaving is one of the most popular ways to cook food, which would explain why nearly everyone has one. There are multiple different ways to choose a microwave, and there are multiple types of microwaves to choose from. click here
