You Will Need:
2 - 2.5kg Pork Shoulder Joint - All Fat Removed
1 Tablespoon Jerk Seasoning
6-7 Tablespoons Grace Jamaican Style Jerk BBQ Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Method:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees
Rub the top of the pork shoulder with the jerk seasoning and put in the oven on a wire rack for 5 hours
Remove from oven, and allow to cool
Using two forks shred the pork into juicy bite size pieces
Pour in the bbq sauce - and devour
In a wrap, on top of a burger, or part of a delicious party platter like I did!
